Christopher Carrigan Co Founder

Chris oversees research and product strategy at RegVoyance, and its products are informed by his highly regarded academic research studying regulatory policymaking. In addition to his role at RegVoyance, Chris is Associate Professor of Public Policy and Public Administration and Director of the Master of Public Administration Program at George Washington University’s Trachtenberg School as well as Co-director of the GW Regulatory Studies Center. He received his PhD in public policy from Harvard University, MBA from the University of Chicago, and BA in economics from Davidson College.
Chris’ research has explored a range of topics directly associated with regulatory policy, including examining the determinants of regulatory outcomes and potential reforms to the rulemaking process, the ways in which political responses to disasters in regulated industries affect long-term regulatory performance, and how the organizational design of regulatory agencies shapes their behavior.

 In addition to publications in numerous leading academic journals and edited volumes focused on public policy and administration, political science, and economics, Chris is author of the Cambridge University Press book, Structured to Fail? Regulatory Performance under Competing Mandates, and co-editor of the University of Pennsylvania Press volume, Does Regulation Kill Jobs? As an award-winning instructor, Chris teaches graduate-level courses on statistics and microeconomics and has been chosen as the faculty commencement speaker at George Washington University’s graduation celebration for master’s and doctoral students in arts and sciences.

Girisha Chandraraj Co Founder

Girisha oversees the operating and marketing strategy for RegVoyance. He is a former management consultant with extensive experience assisting companies ranging from Fortune 500 firms to relative startups in navigating a wide variety of strategic and operational challenges. In addition, Girisha has held numerous key operating roles, including chief digital officer and CEO, in companies stretching across numerous product lines and industries. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago and BA in mathematics and economics from Boston University.
